"New discoveries about our bodies and our health are always being made. I like to stay current because I don't believe we can have true success in life if we don't feel well."
Now as a practicing Certified Nutrition Consultant and Registered BioEnergetics Practitioner, she is excited with the results of combining her knowledge and experience.
"Health is when we are able to function at our optimum in terms of our mood, our energy level, our mental state, and our physiology. Health is feeling free of physical discomfort, having a peaceful and active mind, being full of vitality, energy, and happiness. Paying attention to our body’s signs and signals is the most important contribution to our preventive health. We must be able to decipher this individual body language to determine what health problems we have and what changes we may need to improve our health."
We don't diagnose, treat or eliminate allergy, BIE simply helps the body to achieve homeostasis (balance), so it can recognize harmful and un-harmful stressing energies or "stressors" and deal with each one accordingly . The body is then able to heal itself and stops producing annoying symptoms.
